"Always Protecting" We chose this name to reflect the values of our company and the goals of our learners and staff.
At our core, we are focused on equipping our learners with the skills, knowledge and critical understanding of how to apply them effectively to protect themselves, their clients and the communities they serve.
We are focused on shaping security professionals that uphold high standards and deliver the highest quality of service. Our courses require excellence to pass because professional excellence is the only standard acceptable when the safety and security of others are at stake

Our team
Yann is responsible for the overall direction and performance of Semper Tutela.
He has over 30 years of experience working in the Information Technology and Telecommunications industry, where he has led the winning of major private and public sector contracts ranging from £5m to £500m.
His focus at Semper Tutela is to support the security industry in realising value from the rapidly evolving digital world through its security services.
Yann Marston
Shay is responsible for providing the company’s strategic vision, day-to-day management of company operations and ensuring the successful delivery of Semper Tutela services.
He has over two decades of experience in the Security industry with exceptional and valuable expertise gained from is background of working within the UK public sector, from the Armed Forces and the Metropolitan Police Service in London. From this vast expertise, he is an active security practitioner and mentors security organisations and staff. He is an advocate in the Security Training sector to ensure continuous improvement for applying the stringent quality and standards by the SIA. His driving motivation is to empower people and help them feel safe.
