– All training course bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
– Full payment is required in advance unless an alternative agreement is made in writing.
– We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any training course. In such cases, participants will be offered a suitable alternative or a full refund.
– Any additional services or upgrades may incur separate fees, to be communicated clearly prior to booking confirmation.
4. Course Eligibility and Conduct
– Minimum age to enrol in any SIA course is 18 years.
– You must provide a valid Group A ID (e.g. UK driving licence or valid passport) and two Group B proof of address documents showing the same address.
– A minimum of Level 1 English proficiency is required (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension), as per SIA standards.
– No refunds will be given for non-attendance, course withdrawal, or failure to pass assessments.
– First resit (MCQ or practical) is free of charge. Subsequent resits will be charged at £50 per session.
– In the case of documented emergencies or medical issues, a course transfer may be offered, subject to availability. No refunds apply.
– Learners must maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times. Any form of disruptive, aggressive, or abusive behaviour will result in immediate removal with no refund.
5. Job Applications and CV Submissions
By submitting your CV or personal information for employment purposes through our website, you consent to us securely storing and processing this data. We may share your details with vetted employers and clients to match job opportunities. Submission does not guarantee employment or job placement.
6. Security Service Inquiries
